Book your appointment with our Registered Massage Therapists (existing patients only) and see the benefits for yourself!
Cosmetic Acupuncture
Provided by our Naturopath Dr. Sarah, and TCM Registered Acupuncturist Tammy McMillan
The treatment results are similar to those seen with cosmentic injections, but only using the body's natural ability to produce collagen and relax tension in facial muscles with the use of Acupuncture needles. This method helps reduce the signs of ageing. Inserting superficial, disposable sterilized needles into specific points on the face and skin helps stimulate blood and energy, creating a healing response from the body and stimulating collagen production. Collagen is a protein found in skin cells that stops being produced as we age. With collagen filling out fine lines and wrinkles, it will give firmness to the skin, creating a healthy complexion.

Cupping Therapy
provided by our Registered Massage Therapists uses a cup to pull an area of skin into a suction that decompresses muscles and connective tissue. This promotes blood flow to the compromised area, enhances circulation and helps to increase the body’s own healing processes — almost like a backward deep tissue massage! Your RMT may recommend and add to your massage. Or just ask us!
