CANCELLATION    POLICY

Our clinic has a 24 hr cancellation policy  You will be required to pay 100% of the cost for any appointment cancelled or missed within 24hrs. 

Late arrivals will be given the remainder of their appointment time and charged for the full appointment. We appreciate you cancelling if you are unwell, and if we can fill the spot, or you can find a replacement then we will waive the fee. Thank you for valuing our time, and for your understanding.
